Product/Program Management • Scientific Research • Energy and Sustainability • Data
Hi! I’m a technical manager & engineer, working at the intersection of product/program management, technology, and sustainability & cleantech.
Through my school years, I was deeply influenced by how things interconnect and the mechanics behind our daily lives. That's when I started to pay attention to the crucial relation between technology and sustainability, and that helped me in the way I approach my work as bridging technical execution with positive impact.
After graduating, I spent a few years working as an engineer and business analyst. Meanwhile, I dove deep into research, earning my PhD from ETH Zurich on assessing environmental impacts of new technologies and circular economy innovation. My research contributed to publications by the United Nations Environment Programme, World Economic Forum, and World Bank, which made me thrive for more, and that interest found its new home at Siemens in Switzerland.
In this new challenge I work across product sustainability, eco-design, and business models. But I wanted more than just managing projects; I've always had this passion for building solutions and rallying teams. That's when I fully embraced product and program management, working across product, research, engineering, and operations to guide projects from idea to execution, using data, analytics, and AI to deliver meaningful results (see my portfolio in featured projects).
Outside my day job, I help Indonesian and international students with university admissions and scholarship applications. I'm also available for mentorship, advisory, or fractional roles.
